If you are new to the Flex Wellness studio you will need to complete an intake form and waiver using the form below prior to arrival. This helps us to ensure we have all the information we need to prepare for you visit (and gets the legal paperwork out of the way). If you have any questions please Contact Us

Calling all Teachers

Are you a practitioner without a space to hold your classes? Are you in need of space for filming your online tutorials and training programs? Or do you need a place to just be and practice through your mindful meditation?

If so, our space is your space! The Studio is a spacious 1000 sq ft room with change rooms, a kitchenette and lovely mountain views.
