If you are new to the Flex Wellness studio you will need to complete an intake form and waiver using the form below prior to arrival. Calling all Teachers

Are you a practitioner without a space to hold your classes? Are you in need of space for filming your online tutorials and training programs? Or do you need a place to just be and practice through your mindful meditation?

If so, our space is your space! The Studio is a spacious 1000 sq ft room with change rooms, a kitchenette and lovely mountain views.
